Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities in residential and commercial restoration markets
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with property owners, insurance adjusters, and industry professionals
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach
- Present and explain Paul Davis Restoration’s services to potential clients and partners
- Prepare and negotiate contracts to meet customer needs and company objectives
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure smooth job execution and customer satisfaction
- Track and report sales activity, providing regular updates on pipeline and closed deals
- Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities
- Represent Paul Davis Restoration at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in restoration, construction, or related industries
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
