Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with current and potential clients through B2B, organized events, and cold calling
- Keep our CRM organized and schedule a calendar of consistent business-to-business visits
- Attend business networking functions to promote the brand and our local business
- Coordinate and manage community and charitable events
- Research local trade shows and coordinate Paul Davis booth set-up to represent the brand
- Available to respond to emergencies for clients to better serve them during and after business hours
- Issue resolution when needed and provide solutions to ensure satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Desire and proven ability to sell services, preferably in the home service industries
- Prior experience with SEO and social media to engage with customers and clients
- Willingness to plan and execute community engagement events on a regular basis
- Able to track performance and numbers to update team
- Experience with a CRM software and ability to learn new technology
