Paul Davis Restoration is looking for a Restoration Contents Technician to join our team. The Restoration Contents Technician is responsible for managing the packaging, cleaning, restoration, and storage of personal property damaged by fire, water, or other disasters. The successful candidate will have excellent organizational and time-management skills and experience in the restoration industry.

Job Responsibilities:
• Provide documentation and detailed inventory of contents
• Carefully transport and store contents in a secure location
• Create work orders
• Utilize software for tracking inventory and job progress
• Use of specialized equipment for content restoration
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse/storage area
• Ensure safety guidelines are followed at all times
• Inspect and evaluate personal property damage caused by water, fire, smoke or other disasters
• Clean personal property using various equipment and techniques, including ultrasonic, hand cleaning and mechanical cleaning
• Document all services performed and provide detailed reports to clients and insurance companies
• Return restored personal property to clients’ premises in a timely manner
• Communicate with team members, clients and insurance adjusters regarding status updates and any potential issues
- Pack, load and transport personal property to our facilities for cleaning and restoration
Qualifications:
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, clean driving record
• At least 2 years of experience in contents restoration (preferred)
• IICRC certifications preferred (Preferred: Water Damage Restoration Technician, Fire and Smoke Restoration Technician, etc.)
• Experience with contents restoration software (Preferred)
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Team player with a positive attitude
