Primary Location : Onsite in North of Milwaukee Wisconsin and open to more of a Remote work model for candidates residing in the Greater Chicago IL area. 10-15% Travel is required.
Position Type : Direct Hire
Salary around $120K to $140K plus bonus
Overview
Outside Sales Manager with our growing client in Milwaukee Wisconsin area. The Outside Sales Manager will play a key role in driving revenue by managing and developing relationships with independent sales rep firms. Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, this role requires a consultative sales leader who can spot industry trends, leverage CRM tools, and execute a winning playbook to maximize performance and achieve business goals.

What You Bring to the Role (Ideal Experience) :
- 5 years of sales experience in the HVAC industry, air distribution is highly ideal.
- Experience managing independent sales rep firms, ideally accustomed to managing 200 or more accounts.
- Strong commercial sales focus , with an ability to engage in consultative selling.
- Product knowledge in HVAC-sufficient to communicate confidently with clients but not requiring deep technical expertise.
- Proven ability to analyze market trends and use that knowledge to inform strategies.
- Experience developing and executing a playbook for managing sales rep firms .
- Proficiency with CRM systems -demonstrated commitment to accurate and detailed tracking.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Manufacturing industry experience is a nice-to-have but not required.
