The expected houly range for this position is $50 - $60 / hr, depending on experience and qualifications. Advanced component system usage
Efficient prototypingAdvanced vector workDeep organizational skills within Figma filesMust present your portfolio along with a resume for submittalExperience working with a Design SystemStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think on your feet and provide fresh solutions.Working knowledge of Azure DevOps (ADO).Excellent collaboration skills and ability to work effectively in team settings.Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.Ability to clarify expectations and meet deadlines reliably.Strong communication and presentation skills to engage stakeholders in working sessions and workshops.Proactive approach in seeking information from SMEs and development teams.A portfolio demonstrating problem-solving, collaboration, and design expertise.Nice-to-Have Qualifications :
Experience in Transportation Sales or Logistics industry.Ability to facilitate design discussions and workshops.Enthusiastic and approachable personality with a user-first mindset.What You'll Do. (Skills Used in this Position)
Lead UX Design Efforts : Own the UX design process, creating and refining user journeys, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes using Figma.User Advocacy : Make space for and advocate for user needs through usability testing, research, and empathy-driven design.Design System Management : Ensure consistency and scalability by utilizing and contributing to the design system.Collaboration & Communication : Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to align business goals and user needs.Iterative Problem-Solving : Tackle complex, undefined projects by synthesizing multiple inputs and feedback into cohesive design solutions.Facilitation & Presentation : Drive alignment through design facilitation and effective presentations to stakeholders.Mentorship : Guide and mentor junior designers, providing insights and onboarding support for new team members.If applying for this role - Please take each key point and provide number of years experience and what you would rate yourself, 1 thru 10 (10 being expert) for each key point.
