Job Title : Senior Human Resources Generalist and Partner
Location : Des Plaines IL hybrid work environment
Base Salary : $90110K base plus bonus depending on experience
Job Summary : This position is a sole individual Human Resources contributor and will support multiple aspects of HR operations including employee relations talent acquisition performance management benefits administration compliance and more.
Key Points & Responsibilities :
- 7 plus years of progressive HR experience in a generalist capacity smaller environment and experience as the single point of contact in Human Resources managing the following responsibilities every day as every day will be different areas of HR.
- Experience as a key point of contact for employee relations (Conflict resolution disciplinary actions investigations) providing guidance on performance management employee compensation satisfaction.
- Key contact working with both hourly and professional employee levels in manufacturing and corporate locations with systems payroll benefits
- Key contact with experience with management to address employee development workforce planning and organizational design needs
- Lead and manage recruitment efforts for key positions including interviewing and onboarding
- Must have strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations including FMLA ADA FLSA and EEO
- SHRM certification is preferred not a must
- Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience if no degree
