Responsibilities
- Ensure each customer experience is welcoming and focused on exceptional satisfaction.
- Experienced ability to communicate efficiently in discovering each clients concerns.
- Candidate must be an effective liaison between the technician and the client to ensure all concerns are addressed and successfully resolved.
- Responsible for scheduling, selling, and providing estimates to clients.
- Proactively guide consumers through the Service process in an efficient, communicative, professional manner.
- Must possess the ability to multi-task while being detail oriented and organized.
- Ensure that our customers are provided the premium experience they all expect.
- Excellent communication skills
- Self-motivated and driven to excel in a team environment
- Valid Drivers License and clean driving record
- Willing to submit to a background check and drug screen
