Job Responsibilities
- Customer service is our number one priority. We strive to provide each and every customer with The Ultimate Mazda Experience every time they visit our dealership; as such, our service advisors must be dedicated to going above and beyond for our customers.
- Our service professionals are the experts on our vehicles. New service advisors will be provided comprehensive training on our Mazda product line and are expected to keep up with the latest service developments to answer questions and help customers choose the best services to fit their needs.
- Beyond assisting customers in the dealership, service professionals will follow up with our service customers to thank them for their business and follow-up on provided and deferred services, as well as supporting service operations.
