- Communicate effectively with customers regarding vehicle maintenance, including tire service, brake repair, oil changes, and general vehicle upkeep.
- Collaborate with service technicians to ensure accurate diagnosis and timely completion of services.
- Create detailed service orders that clearly outline the work to be performed on vehicles.
- Transmit information between customers and technicians regarding service recommendations and updates.
- Suspend or align services as necessary based on customer feedback and technician assessments.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and services performed.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Stay updated on automotive technology trends and service techniques to better assist customers.
Requirements
- Previous experience in automotive service or a related field is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of General Motors vehicle maintenance practices, including tire service, brake repair, oil changes, and overall auto service management.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also demonstrating independence in decision-making.
