Responsibilities
- Greet customers promptly and professionally, assessing their service needs and concerns.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding vehicle issues, service recommendations, and repair timelines.
- Document customer interactions and service requests accurately in the system.
- Provide detailed explanations of services performed.
- Manage service appointments efficiently to maximize productivity and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with technicians to ensure clear communication regarding service requirements and customer expectations.
- Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and address any further questions or concerns.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service, preferably in an automotive environment.
- Familiarity with general vehicle maintenance.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to transmit information clearly and effectively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer engagement.
- A valid driver’s license is required.
