As an Education Leader, you will oversee and deliver high-quality Paul Mitchell education while creating a vibrant and inspiring learning environment. You will lead, train, coach, and mentor a team of Learning Leaders, ensuring Future Professionals are well-prepared for success in the beauty industry. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and managing weekly, monthly, and yearly education calendars
- Ensuring compliance with state rules, laws and regulations
- Overseeing clinic classroom systems, theory lessons, specialty classes, and use of Paul Mitchell tools and resources
- Collaborating with the Leadership Team to prioritize the success of the Future Professionals
- Current Cosmetology Instructor's License (required)
- Proven experience as an instructor in a cosmetology school
- Strong organizational, communication, and coaching skills
- A track record of professionalism, problem, solving, and leadership
- Available to work mornings, afternoons, evenings, and Saturdays
- Familiarity with Paul Mitchell School's cultural and technical systems(preferred)
