LEARNING LEADER - COSMETOLOGY INSTRUCTOR: YOUR ROLE
In this position, you'll not only teach – you'll mentor, inspire, and guide. From Tuesday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 10:00 PM (with flexible split shifts available), you'll be at the heart of our classroom and clinic, leading with creativity and enthusiasm. Monday evenings from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM will require you to be present once a month, sharing your expertise in a more intimate setting with students who are eager to learn. You'll also have the chance to work one evening shift per week, ensuring our students get the support they need to thrive.
You'll be responsible for teaching a well-rounded curriculum that includes hands-on instruction, visual demonstrations, and one-on-one student support. Our teaching philosophy is all about engagement, and you'll play a crucial role in ensuring that our students are prepared for their cosmetology careers with confidence and skill.
