Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily construction site operations to ensure quality, safety, and schedule adherence.
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and materials for efficient project flow.
- Conduct safety inspections, enforce safety protocols, and lead weekly safety meetings.
- Review project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure adherence to client specifications.
- Manage quality control by conducting site inspections and maintaining punch lists.
- Maintain professional relationships with clients, architects, and subcontractors.
- Effectively use tools like Procore for timecards, logs, and reports.
- Resolve site conflicts and provide leadership to crews and subcontractors.
- Monitor and report on project costs, profitability, and schedule adherence.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent, preferably in commercial construction.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to inspire teams and resolve conflicts.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, plans, and specifications.
- Familiarity with Procore or similar project management software.
- Commitment to safety, quality control, and delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Ability to travel for projects and maintain a flexible schedule.
- OSHA and safety certifications are a plus.

Work Schedule
