Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Busser to join our team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring a clean and welcoming dining experience for our guests. As a Busser, you will assist servers and kitchen staff by maintaining the cleanliness of the dining area, helping with food handling, and providing excellent customer service.
Duties
- Clear and clean tables promptly after guests leave, ensuring a tidy dining area.
- Assist servers by refilling drinks, delivering food, and providing any necessary support during service.
- Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas by sweeping, mopping, and disposing of waste as needed.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
- Help set up and break down dining areas for special events or catering functions.
- Follow all food handling and safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment for both staff and guests.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in the food industry is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A commitment to cleanliness and hygiene standards within the restaurant setting.
