Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain inventory levels of fresh and frozen meats, ensuring proper rotation to minimize waste.
Product Display: Ensure meat products are displayed attractively and maintained at proper temperatures to meet health and safety regulations.
Sanitation: Maintain cleanliness and organization of the meat department, including workstations, equipment, and display cases, in compliance with food safety standards.
Quality Control: Inspect meat products for freshness and quality, ensuring that all products meet store standards before being placed for sale.
Sales & Promotion: Assist with promotions and sales of meat products, including providing recommendations to customers and cross-selling related products.
Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and regulations related to the handling, storage, and display of meat products.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional food safety certifications a plus.

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
