Position : Dispatcher
Salary Range : $20-$25 hourly
Location : Derry, New Hampshire (In Office)
We are looking to add a Dispatcher to our expanding office team supporting our industry professionals. Our Dispatcher will work directly with our customers and licensed technicians to ensure proper scheduling and timely arrivals to projects. Essential Job Duties :
- Dispatch service calls
- Manage the dispatch board to ensure technicians maintain a timely schedule
- Match technicians to projects based on their expertise and abilities
- Monitor the dispatch board and notify customers of early / late arrivals and reschedule accordingly
- Take customer calls and book appointments as needed
- Occasional on-call services
