Essential Job Duties:
- Operational Management
- Review and manage the daily service schedule
- Monitor job progress to ensure timely completion of service calls
- Ensure standard operating procedures are being followed by technicians
- Team Leadership & Development
- Provide coaching, mentorship and performance evaluations to technicians
- Conduct weekly team meetings to discuss goals, challenges, and process improvements
- Develop ongoing training and professional development for the department
- Foster a positive work environment while promoting teamwork and accountability
- Customer Service & Quality Assurance
- Ensure all service calls meet company quality standards and customer expectations
- Address and resolve customer complaints
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
- Financial & Performance Oversight
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust strategies accordingly
- Assist in setting department goals and revenue targets
- Oversee job costing, invoicing, and profitability analysis
- Compliance & Safety
- Ensure all projects comply with local, state, and federal plumbing codes
- Enforce safety protocols and conduct regular inspections
- Active Plumbing License in the state of NH
- Minimum of 5 years of plumbing industry experience
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and best practices
- Excellent leadership, problem solving, and communication skills
- Valid driver’s license
- Authorization to work in the US
