As our Front Desk Customer Service Specialist you will be the face of our office and responsible for providing prompt, accurate, and friendly service to customers. Daily tasks include answering a large quantity of inbound calls, helping walk ins, completing policy changes, helping with claim submissions, and handling office management tasks.
Core Responsibilities:
Establish customer relationships and provide outstanding service.
Be a problem solver.
Ability to track, replenish, and organize office supplies.
*Must have or be willing to obtain Property and Casualty license before starting*

This position is with a State Farm independent contractor Agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies. Employees of State Farm Agents must be able to successfully complete any applicable licensing requirements and training programs.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
