How you'll have an impact at Paula's Choice:
As the Data Analyst for the Asia Division, you will work closely with the Asia markets to develop KPI reports.
One of the key functions of this role will be to develop from the data, insights to drive strategic business decisions.
As a Data Analyst, a typical day might include a mix of the following:
- Work with and train the APAC Data Analysts on HQ KPI metrics
- Interpret data to formulate insights to drive strategic business decisions
- Develop targeted reports using raw data to identify short- and long-term opportunities
- Work cross functionally with APAC Data Analysts to facilitate continuous improvement
- Provide market specific training to support achievement of KPI objectives
- Other responsibilities as assigned by your manager
The Details:
- Location: Fully Remote
- Hours: Typical PST business hours, but will require flexibility when working with international teams
- Physical requirements: Ability to both sit & handle screen time for long periods of time
- Travel requirements: Up to 5%, some international
What you'll bring to the table:
- 3 years' experience as a data analyst in a consumer marketing analytical role or strong financial background with working in financial modeling and reporting
- Expert level skill in Microsoft Excel
- Data visualization experience – Power BI, Tableau or equivalent
- Strong strategic thinking
- Outstanding communications skills – both oral and written
- Strong presentation skills to the executive leadership

- Customer marketing analytics with expertise in digital marketing, loyalty program and direct marketing
- 1 years of solid SQL experience
- Asian language skills
