What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Representative position at Paulist Press?
Answer telephone/Customer inquirers/Customer orders/Respond to voice mail messages.
Order entry (phone, fax, email, and mail orders)
Send pick lists to fulfillment center several times per day.
Release all orders that are on hold several times a day.
Process customer payments, returns and credits.
Generate invoices, print, fold, and mail.
Scan and file orders each day.
Process End of Day.
Assist with sorting and delivering mail.
Assist with Ingram and Baker & Taylor invoicing.
Assist with E-book reports/data and entering final order.
Other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
- Remote - Monday, Wednesday, 8am-4:30pm, Friday 8:45am-12:45pm
Onsite - Tuesday, Thursday 8am-4:30pm
(35/hour work week) - Paid holidays (incl. Christmas through New Years week)
