This newly created position offers a unique opportunity to drive data-driven decision-making across Product Management, Innovation, Sales, and Marketing teams.
About Our Client Our client is an established global manufacturer with 500 employees nationally, specializing in yeast and bakery ingredient products. With multiple production facilities across North America, they're known for their innovative approach to food manufacturing and recent expansion into biotech research. Key Responsibilities
- Research and analyze market conditions in North America to determine potential sales opportunities and product development directions
- Develop and maintain relationships with external research vendors (Circana / IRI, Nielsen, NPD) to ensure access to latest consumer insights
- Create market size estimates and share assessments for product categories
- Partner with commercial teams to map customer and competitor production facilities
- Build and maintain databases of market intelligence, working with IT, Finance, and Supply Chain teams
- Support competitor analysis, SWOT assessments, and market segmentation initiatives
