Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and prototype mechanical components and consumables for automated biotech instruments. 🔧
- Build automated test fixtures to ensure component reliability and performance.
- Collaborate with systems and engineering teams to create cost-effective, requirement-driven designs.
- Lead design reviews, propose cutting-edge solutions, and define subsystem architecture.
- Prove concepts through rapid prototyping and data-driven feasibility studies.
- Extract design requirements from diverse user inputs and mitigate risks swiftly.
- Partner with the scientific team to execute verification / validation protocols (IQ, OQ, PQ).
- Develop detailed work instructions and manufacturing SOPs for production-ready designs.
