Job Description:
The Staff Coordinator will provide support in various human resources functions as needed, including onboarding, employee relations and HR compliance. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can prioritize tasks and effectively communicate with employees at all levels of the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct new hire orientations and onboarding process.
- Maintain employee records and ensure accuracy of employee data.
- Support various HR projects and initiatives
- Coordinating and managing all company property, new hires, & existing EEs.
- Keep contact sheets updated and organized
- Order business cards and uniforms for staff
- Facilitate approved driver processes including conducting verifications and transfers
- Review and audit the driver list
- Draft employment letters and oversee the badging process
- Address and respond to HR-related inquiries
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
Paid time off- 120 hrs. (3 weeks) upon hire! 200 hrs. (5 weeks) after 5 years of service!
