- Communicate effectively with subcontractors, onsite superintendents, and project vendors to ensure required reporting and data collection.
- Process invoices and manage percent complete reports on projects.
- Collaborate with the operations team to optimize project workflows and improve efficiency.
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate with customers as needed.
