Job Title: National Project Manager
The National Project Manager is a key position that demands exceptional communication skills, flexibility, and organizational prowess. This role involves close collaboration with the operations team to ensure seamless execution of asphalt and concrete paving, maintenance, and repair projects from start to finish.
Essential Functions:
- Manage select national projects by collecting documentation, reviewing reports, and photos submitted.
- Approve and process change order requests, as well as manage invoice amounts and percent complete reports on projects.
- Communicate regularly with subcontractors to oversee construction projects from the Pavement Solutions office.
- Foster effective communication with onsite superintendents to guarantee required reporting is completed and collected.
- Navigate customer portals to facilitate administrative tasks, such as invoicing, purchase orders, change orders, etc.
- Update the CRM to reflect accurate and reportable data for ongoing projects.
- Occasionally assist in bidding events when required.
- Gather close-out documents and create close-out packages when necessary.
