Now Hiring: Weekends RN Manager
Registered Nurse Manager Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead the nursing team, including Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, and Certified Nursing Assistants.
- Develop and implement nursing care plans in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and requirements.
- Conduct regular staff meetings and provide ongoing training and support.
- Monitor and evaluate nursing care to maintain quality standards.
- Participate in the hiring and onboarding process for new nursing staff.
- Handle resident and family concerns with empathy and professionalism.
Qualifications RN Manager:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- RN certification in the state of OH
- Must be able to pass a federal background screening and tox screening
- Previous LTC/SNF experience preferred
