The Clinic Manager provides daily operational leadership for the Clinic by leading staff to accomplish the mission, goals, and strategic plans of St. Claire HealthCare. The manager is accountable for the efficient, financially sound, and quality performance of assigned clinics, including strategic planning, budget development, productivity, and quality improvement, with clinical oversight of the nursing leader designee.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Stays current and complies with regulatory and accreditation requirements about assigned departments.
- Conducts timely evaluation of staff’s performance to provide professional development, providing clear, specific feedback utilizing effective coaching techniques and providing development experiences.
- Provides and maintains effective communication with medical staff, community leaders and organizations, and all levels of management and employees.
- Manages the condition of the equipment, facility, and grounds providing a safe environment for patients, staff, and visitors.
- Assists in preparing the annual budget.
Education:
Associate's degree nursing required. Bachelors preferred.
Experience:
Previous experience in a physician's office practice and management preferred
Licensure/Certification:
Must hold active RN license with the Kentucky Board of Nursing.
