Essential Functions / Major Responsibilities of Human Resource Manager:

Secondary Functions: Assist Managers, Executives and staff when requested. This is a full-time, in office position.
Supervisory Responsibility: None
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
- Ability to communicate professionally and effectively both verbally and in writing
- Ability to meet production requirements, prioritize assignments and update managers about the status of work duties
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong ability to multi-task
- Ability to work with little or no supervision
Education and/or Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business or related field preferred.
- PHR or SPHR certification preferred
- 7-10 years of related experience.
- Working knowledge of HR best practices.
- Strong knowledge of federal and state regulations.
