We are currently looking for team members in the following areas:
2 - Pavement Roller Operators
- Pay Ranges from $25.00/hr - $42.45/hr.
- Overtime Required
- 40-60 hours per week
- Monday - Friday
- Previous Experience Preferred
1 - Loader Operator
- Pay Ranges from $25.00/hr. - $28.00/hr.
- 40-50 hours per week
- Monday - Friday
- Work Location is Winterport or Monroe
- Previous Experience Preferred
Qualifications
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to follow safety protocols and guidelines
- Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor tasks
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions
Responsibilities
- Safely Operate heavy equipment.
- Collaborate with construction teams to prepare and pave surfaces efficiently.
- Conduct routine maintenance checks on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Follow safety protocols to maintain a secure construction site environment.
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate project tasks and timelines.
