- Respond to Ticket requests for IT issues in a professional and timely manner (This includes Hardware, Software, Network Connectivity, and User Management)
- Install, configure, and ship Computer Hardware requested by client
- Provide thorough and professional communication with the client through the repair process
- Minimum five years of architect/engineer IT experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional, friendly, positive, optimistic demeanor
- A strong understanding of networking technologies, solutions, troubleshooting, & support
- Ubiquiti, Meraki Appliances, Cisco Networking Technology, Dell, EMC and HP Storage Solutions, VMware Solutions
- Image based backup solutions.
- General Windows Desktop and Server Administration
- Virtual Desktop (Windows Virtual Desktop and VMware Horizons)
- Cloud (Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud)
- Experience with Autotask, Datto RMM, Auvik or Managed Services (MSP) experience
