What are the responsibilities and job description for the Project Coordinator position at Pavion?
Pavion and our family of companies are seeking a talented and motivated Project Coordinator to join our fire business unit.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Coordinate submittals and wiring diagrams between AFA and clients
- Communicate with contractors and clients on delivery requests
- Tracks backordered equipment
- Update backlog with all job actions
- Work with service managers to schedule testing and programming appointments
Basic Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft office and excel
- COVID-19 vaccination
Preferred Qualifications:
- Some experience in the construction market would be a plus
