Pavion and our family of companies are seeking a talented and motivated Staff Accountant to join our corporate team.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Bank reconciliations
- EOM reports
- Assist with accruals
- General Ledger Account Analysis
- AR, AP, Inventory, WIP Rec’s
- Assist in journal entry preparation
- Physical inventory project
- Back up to AP
- Maintain changes to commission software
- Sales tax monthly data entry and report preparation
- Assist with Baker Tilly Audit
- Distribution of reports
- Payment processing (using JP Morgan lock box)
- Cash applications
- Strong excel skills
Basic Qualifications:
- BA in accounting, finance or business.
- Security Clearance
SALARY: 28-30/hr
