What are the responsibilities and job description for the Veterinary Client Service Representative position at Pawz To Care?
Do you have a passion for helping people with their pets? Have you been seeking a team who finds purpose in this?
We are a full-service veterinary clinic, in need of a part-time Client Service Representative with a devotion to our fur babies. We are a compassionate clinic that strives to provide thorough care and excellent communication for our pet parents. Expected duties include reception work, answering and juggling phone calls, scheduling appointments, typing patient care updates, scanning and emailing patient referrals, records, addressing medication refills and illness related questions, reviewing medical estimates, invoicing, as well as handling financial transactions. Individuals should be experienced with computers and window based software, basic animal husbandry and light medical terminology. Our representatives should be able to thrive in a moderate stress environment, be articulate and confident, demonstrating skill in providing exceptional customer service, with minimal supervision.
