Duties
- Assist residents with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
- Provide compassionate care to individuals with substance use disorders and other behavioral health issues.
- Support residents in maintaining their rights and dignity while promoting independence.
- Collaborate with staff and social workers to develop individualized care plans tailored to each client's needs.
- Facilitate social interactions and community engagement activities for residents, enhancing their social well-being.
- Lift and assist residents as needed, ensuring proper techniques are used to maintain safety for both the client and the associate.
- Document client progress and any changes in condition, communicating effectively with the healthcare team.
