Responsibilities
- Lead and facilitate group therapy sessions, ensuring a supportive atmosphere for all participants.
- Develop and implement engaging activities that promote interaction and personal development.
- Conduct assessments to evaluate the needs of group members and tailor sessions accordingly.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation of participant progress.
- Collaborate with other professionals, such as case managers and crisis management teams, to provide comprehensive support.
- Utilize applied behavior analysis techniques to address specific behavioral challenges within the group setting.
- Engage in research to stay updated on best practices in group facilitation and therapeutic approaches.
- Provide guidance and support to individuals facing crises or challenging situations.

Pay: $45.07 - $52.28 per hour
