From exceptional listening and observing skills as well as taking the initiative to engage and understand each client’s pain-points (risk issues? compliance challenges? products not differentiated? need to attract new customers? or grow revenues by having additional products for existing customers?), to being detailed and project oriented in order to “own” efficient and perfect implementations, to having strong P&L skills to understand our client’s business and our own financial models - you must have a wide range of skills, natural curiosity and the ability to figure things out.
We need a quick learner and self-starter who doesn’t need a manager to tell them what to do – you naturally become “together” with clients and ensure they’re successful.
