As a marketing content manager, you will be responsible for managing the creation, editing and distribution of engaging and relevant content across various channels, such as blogs, social media, newsletters, webinars, email campaigns, and podcasts. You will also work closely with the product, sales and customer success teams to understand our target audience, value proposition and brand voice.

PAYARC is looking for a marketing manager to support our growing marketing team. As a marketing content manager, you will be responsible for managing the creation, editing and distribution of engaging and relevant content across various channels, such as blogs, social media, newsletters, webinars, email campaigns, and podcasts. You will also work closely with the product, sales and customer success teams to understand our target audience, value proposition and brand voice.
Responsibilities & Duties
- Serve as an integral part of the marketing team to drive successful execution of digital marketing campaigns through all online channels
- Manage and edit content for multiple audience types in print and digital formats such as newsletters, emails, social media posts, and internal messaging.
- Actively engage with social media community to build audience and brand efforts
- Own the entire trade show and event process for PAYARC from planning and scheduling to physical swag and collateral, to corresponding announcements
- Create, implement, and maintain digital campaigns and editorial calendars.
- Manage email copy, social media captions, and blog content using information from stakeholders, marketing collateral, and research
- Manage press releases and develop presentation decks to pitch leaders for speaking opportunities
- Coordinate video and podcast content with leadership to align with content marketing strategy
- Manage department projects to meet tight deadlines and maintain reporting.
- Fill in for design and copy creation as needed.
- Manage multiple projects at any given time and ensure that deliverables are completed on time and within budget. Provide timely and ongoing communication related to the status of projects and plans.
- Report on results and KPIs

Must have at least 3 years of marketing experience
- Demonstrated HubSpot and WordPress experience
- Comfortable using Microsoft office and Adobe Creative Suite
- Familiarity with martech programs such as Canva, Zapier, and lead generation tools
- BA degree in marketing/communications or equivalent, preferred
