Responsibilities & Duties
- Data Analysis and Insights: Utilize advanced analytical techniques to extract actionable insights from data. Present findings in a clear and compelling manner to support informed decision-making.
- Financial Modelling: Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models using SQL and MS Excel to support forecasting, budgeting, strategic (M&A) and capacity planning.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with department leaders to understand their specific data requirements and provide customized solutions where needed to realize opportunities for process improvement. Function as a trusted business partner to these leaders.
- Data visualization & Reporting: Gather stakeholder requirements effectively to create interactive dashboards and reports that clearly communicate performance, trends, future projections, risks, and opportunities. Design, build and automate recurring reporting. Conduct thorough analysis and quality assurance of reports prior to distribution.
- Profitability: Conduct in-depth profitability analysis by evaluating the financial performance of products, sales channels, customer, etc. to identify areas of revenue enhancement or cost reduction. Support the business with analytics on pricing, compensation plans and other projects.
- Technology: Continuously evaluate emerging BI, AI and analytics technologies, tools, and platforms against the challenges and opportunities within the Finance team to elevate overall efficiency and sophistication of team’s processes and procedures.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor the financial performance of management and financial reporting and make necessary optimizations to ensure effective data processing and reporting. Identify trends/variances, justify exceptions, and report potential data quality issues.
- Documentation and Training: Develop documentation and provide training to end-users on how to effectively utilize new tools and reporting prior to implementation.

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Finance or a related field.
- Requires prolonged computer use.
