Role Description: Relationship Manager/Business Builder
The individual(s) we are looking for know how to build and cultivate B2B relationships. They have a passion for helping others in their community, especially small business. They aren't scared of challenge that can reap HUGE rewards both financial and emotional. They are top performers who have considered controlling their own future with their own entrepreneurial mindset.
Qualifications
Willingness to learn, be self-motivated for success and wanting to do more than a typical 9-5 with flexibility to live your life on your own terms. We will train the right individuals on skill but not will.

This role is a 1099 residual-based role with a 50-50 revenue share on each $ of profit bought into the firm. So, you set your own pay. It is reoccurring and the percentage never changes on the account.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- No weekends
