Job Overview:
PayBright is searching for a Relationship Manager who can manage, assist, and support our growing indirect sales channels and partnerships. We are looking for a dynamic player who can plan, develop, organize, implement, direct and evaluate the organization's sales and marketing functions and performance.
PayBright Relationship Managers manage key sales partnerships to achieve the organization's monthly and quarterly sales goals. This person will participate in the development of plans and programs to achieve long-term success by providing input to aid in decision-making on critical organizational issues. This role requires a results-driven mindset, focused on exceeding both personal and company goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Onboard our newest sales partnerships and be their main resource through their activation and onboarding process.
- Streamline the onboarding and sales processes to ensure protocols are followed and communication remains consistent and clear.
- Collaborate with experts from other departments to increase efficiency in sales force operations.
- Ability to perform multiple task simultaneously.
- Strategize with a sales team to discuss and implement proven sales concepts and techniques of selling.
- Build productive internal and external working relationships.
- Provide hands-on support and a solutions-faced attitude to ensure Agent satisfaction.
- Lead a sales team to achieve the organization's monthly and quarterly sales goals.
- Participate in the development of PayBright’s plans and programs as a strategic partner.
- Attend trainings, prepare progress reports, and actively participate in monthly meetings
Qualifications:
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field or equivalent work experience
- Prior experience in an outside sales environment
- Experience developing new merchant products and services preferred
- Expert knowledge of the merchant payment industry
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of the sales process, with a proven ability to focus on customer satisfaction.
- Exceptional phone skills and comfort with building new relationships.
- Possesses "Above and Beyond" work ethic and self-discipline.
- Highly motivated, independent individual, exuding a high sense of urgency at all times.
- Vigorous desire for meeting deadlines and goals.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills, including experience presenting to large groups and initiating conversations.
- The ability to listen with the intent to understand versus the intent to simply reply.
- Advanced problem-solving skills and the ability to act quickly to resolve issues.
- Familiarity with and experience using CRM platforms for sales tracking and reporting.
- Proven ability to refine and implement efficient processes within the sales department.
- A passion for growing an extraordinary sales team and a knack for building rapport with team members and sales prospects.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
