In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share that the starting base pay range for this position is $86,290-$135,600 annually. Please keep in mind that this range is the base pay only and does not consider other components that make up the total rewards package for the position. If you are hired at Paychex, your overall compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience which may result in total compensation outside of this range.
Lead a team of Talent Acquisition recruiters who support and consult on recruiting activities to identify, attract, and hire top talent to the organization. Partners directly with Paychex leaders and key HR Business Partners to execute and measure strategies aligned with short-and long-term talent goals.
Responsibilities
- Manages a remote staff of recruiters. Provides on-going coaching to recruiters to ensure continuous professional development and skills enhancement.
- Confirms alignment with business strategies by examining current state staffing and forecasts and understands defined market attributes to assist in developing recruiting strategies for long term and sustained growth
- Contributes to business unit recruitment and forecasting activities by attending planning sessions and meetings, consulting on strategy options.
- Personally engaged in management level searches, to include position specification, sourcing, screening and interviewing.
- Develops processes and training including sourcing, applicant flow, screening, interviewing, background checks, references and selection.
- Evaluates tools and makes recommendations to improve the overall recruiting strategy and branding, and makes continuous improvements and recommendations for new and creative recruiting ideas and initiatives.
- Tracks, observes and analyzes recruiting performance and metrics to drive continuous process improvement and gain stronger recruitment decisions.
- Develops and cultivates relationships with various levels of management, candidates and external recruiting sources.
- Ensures compliance with federal and state guidelines and company policies as relates to recruiting processes.
- Assists Director, Talent Acquisition with a strategic recruitment plan and special projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree - Preferred
- 5 years of experience in a progressively responsible leadership role.
- 5 years of experience in recruiting or related experience.
