Do you want to develop your skills and learn how to land your dream full-time opportunity in Operations? Paycom’s Operations Summer Engagement Program is a developmental program designed to train current students on basic business skills and professional development while providing insight on working at a technology company. This virtual program will take place June 23rd-27th and will be a time commitment of approximately 1-2 hours per weekday. This is an unpaid program and not an employment opportunity with Paycom. You must have resume and transcript to apply.
For those selected, training areas will include :
- Workshops including : Business Communication, Excel, Payroll and Taxes etc..
- Operational and corporate seminars
- Professional development seminars
