JOB TITLE: Implementation Specialist
DAYS WORKED: Full Time M-F, occasional evening and weekend work may also be required
REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS: Reports to Operations Manager
OBJECTIVE:

What you will do:
- Be the point of contact for all new client’s needs.
- Be consultative with your clients.
- Work with Sales to ensure our clients have the best onboarding experience possible!
- Help educate your clients on our products and services.
- Know your client’s needs, they will need all sorts of products, make sure you connect them with the ones that put time back in their day
- Create raving fans! Our clients love PayDay, you will be why!
- Most importantly, you will learn and grow. We are always adding new services and features. Growth has been abundant which creates awesome upward mobility
Personal Attributes (All the things we find in the best humans we work with):
- Experience in payroll software. Excel skills are awesome!
- Be dynamic! –understand a problem and develop more than one approach to solving it
