We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Implementation Specialist to join our team. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with clients to implement and configure payroll systems while contributing to the overall success of the company.
Job Responsibilities:
- Client Onboarding: Lead and manage the implementation of iSolved payroll software for new clients, ensuring smooth transitions and user adoption.
- Software Configuration: Set up and configure iSolved payroll systems based on client requirements, ensuring a customized and effective solution.
- Training: Provide training to clients on the iSolved system to ensure they are confident and knowledgeable in using the software.
- Troubleshooting: Address and resolve any technical issues or challenges clients encounter during the implementation process.
- Client Support: Offer ongoing support post-implementation to ensure system efficiency and provide assistance as needed.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed records of client configurations, system customizations, and training sessions.
- Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with various teams (support, sales, and development) to ensure that the client's needs are met and exceeded.
Required Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with iSolved payroll software is strongly preferred.
- Experience in implementing payroll or HR software solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience working with payroll systems or software implementations.
- Knowledge of HR processes and payroll operations.
- Understanding of regulatory compliance related to payroll and taxes.
