The Opportunity:
We are currently seeking a Junior Financial Analyst. This position will provide the right candidate with an opportunity to establish a strong financial career foundation. The selected candidate will work closely with our financial team and play a vital role in financial planning, reporting and analysis for our company.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist senior analysts in gathering, analyzing, and interpreting company-wide financial data
- Provide financial reports on revenue trends, market prospects, profit margins, and investment strategies
- Perform financial forecasting, reporting, and operational metrics tracking
- Support the budgeting and forecasting activities of the company
- Analyze financial performance and prepare for regular leadership reviews
Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- Strong proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office programs
- Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven office environment
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
Nice-to-Haves:
- Previous experience or internship in financial analysis or related field
- Knowledge of statistical analysis and financial forecasting
- Understanding of financial software and databases
- Experience with creating financial models for decision support
- Ability to work well in a team environment
