Established in 2012, PayMore.com is a growing electronics franchise that buys, sells, trades, and recycles consumer electronics. We offer customers cash on the spot for their new, used, or broken gadgets and sell new and certified pre-owned electronics in our stores.

About the Role:
We’re hiring a Second-Hand Electronics Buyer for our newest location. If you love gadgets, are quick on your feet, and thrive in a dynamic environment, this could be the perfect opportunity. You’ll work directly with customers to evaluate, test, and price a wide variety of electronics—while delivering an exceptional experience every step of the way.
What You’ll Do:
- Welcome customers and explain how our process works—create a great first impression.
- Test and assess all kinds of electronics: phones, laptops, game systems, tablets, and more.
- Use our software and tools to determine accurate pricing.
- Negotiate with customers respectfully and professionally.
- Finalize purchases and ensure accurate intake records.
Who You Are:
- A tech enthusiast—you know your way around smartphones, tablets, computers, and game consoles.
- A people person—you build rapport quickly and adapt to all kinds of personalities.
- A fast learner—comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-moving environment.
- Organized and accurate—able to type quickly, follow procedures, and handle detailed info without missing a beat.
- Professional and positive—punctual, sharp, and team-oriented.
- Physically capable—able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Experience with second-hand markets (e.g., eBay, Facebook Marketplace, etc.).
- Retail or sales experience
- Fast-paced, accurate typing on the keyboard
Training & Pay:
All candidates must successfully complete a two-week training period, during which you’ll be paid $15/hour. If training is completed successfully and it’s a good fit for both sides, you’ll be hired on as a Jr. Buyer at $17/hour.

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
Schedule:
- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
