Experience
Job training provided. Previous experience in sales, customer service, call center as well as automotive knowledge would be helpful.
Requirements
- Friendly and outgoing personality with excellent communication skills
- Professional and articulate phone voice and behavior and great follow-up ability
- Ability to become proficient on systems used to manage customer appointments—navigating within systems and updating information with a high degree of accuracy while assisting customers on the phone
- Ability to handle a high volume of calls while providing quality service to each caller
- Strong work ethic, self-motivated, results-oriented, team-player
- Must be able to adjust to periodic schedule changes
- Bilingual
- Basic computer skills
- Solve practical problems within guidelines
Responsibilities
- Answer all incoming calls
- Assisting car shoppers in booking appointments to visit our car dealership
- Calling existing prospects to follow up with their internet and/or telephone inquiries about purchasing a vehicle
Compensation
