Job Summary :
We are seeking a motivated Service BDC Agent to join our team at Payne Weslaco Motors. The primary responsibility of the Service BDC Agent will be to handle inbound and outbound calls and emails related to scheduling service appointments for our customers.
Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Customer service experience preferred
Proficiency in basic computer applications
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities :
Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries
Scheduling service appointments accurately and efficiently
