RN Charge Nurse

We’re hiring full-time or part-time Registered Nurse to join our Nursing Team! Our positions include a weekend rotation, with flexible scheduling. Pay differentials are offered for Evening and NOC shifts. Wages are based off of prior experience and additional licensing/training.

As the Evening Charge Nurse in our facility, you would oversee the cares and flow of the nursing staff during your shift while completing medical treatments and other tasks as they arise. Acting as a leader of the shift, this position needs to hold strong communication skills for both family and staff interactions.

On an average day, you can expect to:

• Direct the day to day activities of the Nursing Assistants
• Assist with medication administration as ordered by the provider.
• Perform Medical Treatments as ordered by Providers.
• Communicate changes in patient clinical condition with physician, nursing team and family
• Complete required record keeping upon residents admission, discharge, transfer
• Chart and document per facility policy requirements

Job Requirements:

• MN RN License and in good standing on MN Board of Nursing
• Ability to pass a MN background check
• Ability to analyze, review and judge different situations they face and take the right actions according to the situation
• Patience, compassion, and organizational skills are a must in our constantly evolving work environment
