Job Description Summary :
We are seeking a Product Director, Branded Checkout Personalization. This highly visible role requires balancing key performance metrics such as conversion rates, average order value, and PayPal Financial Services product usage—while enhancing customer lifetime value (LTV). You will be a strategic, data-driven leader skilled in experimentation, optimization, and cross-functional collaboration, with a proven track record of managing complex, competing objectives. You will partner with senior leadership, data science, and matrixed teams to deliver measurable business impact and influence product roadmaps.
Your day-to-day :
- Optimize Checkout Performance for Customer Lifetime Value (LTV) : Architect optimization frameworks to align various business objectives, including conversion, AOV, transaction expense, and Credit Product First Time Users, with a focus on enhancing customer LTV.
- Strategic Collaboration with Senior Leadership : Build strong relationships with Senior Leadership across the organization, ensuring alignment on strategic priorities and outcomes.
- Expert in Experimentation and Optimization : Design and lead experimentation programs focused on iterative improvements and multi-variate testing to refine product offerings.
- Partner with Global Analytics and Data Science Teams : Leverage cutting-edge data analytics, machine learning, and AI models to develop next-best-action frameworks that drive seamless customer experiences.
- Advanced Data-Driven Decision Making : Utilize your deep understanding of data science, customer behavior, and UX to develop and fine-tune ranking algorithms that optimize customer experiences.
